Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your booking and stay at Way Inns, a boutique hotel located at Sravya Residency, Plot 17, Adjacent Care Hospital, Jayabheri Pine Valley, Gachibowli, Hyderabad, Telangana 500032, India ("Way Inns", "we", "us"). By making a booking or staying with us, you agree to these Terms.

1. Bookings & payment

• All rates are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are calculated automatically from your selected room type and dates at the time of booking.
• Online payments are processed securely by our payment partner, Razorpay. We do not collect or store your card, UPI, or bank details on our servers.
• Applicable taxes (including GST as mandated by law) are included in the total shown before payment unless stated otherwise.
• A booking is confirmed only once payment succeeds and you receive a confirmation with a payment reference. If a payment is debited but you do not receive a confirmation, please contact us with the reference and we will resolve it or refund you.

2. Check-in & check-out

• Standard check-in is from 12:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM.
• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may be chargeable.

3. ID & eligibility

• A valid government-issued photo ID is mandatory for every guest at check-in, as required by law. Foreign nationals must present a valid passport and visa; details are recorded for the mandatory Form-C submission to the FRRO.
• Guests must be at least 18 years of age to check in.

4. House rules

• All rooms and indoor areas are non-smoking. A cleaning charge may apply for violations.
• Pets are not permitted.
• Non-resident visitors are not permitted in guest rooms without prior approval at reception.
• Guests are responsible for any loss or damage to hotel property during their stay.
• We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate a stay for unlawful, unsafe, or disruptive conduct, without refund.

5. Cancellation & refunds

Cancellations, no-shows, and refunds are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

6. Liability

We take reasonable care to provide a safe and comfortable stay. To the extent permitted by law, Way Inns is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of valuables not deposited with reception. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

7. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.
