Booking details: name, phone number, email, stay dates, room type, and any special requests.
Guest register (at check-in): government ID type and number, address, nationality, and occupancy, as required by law. For foreign nationals we record passport and visa details for the mandatory Form-C submission to the FRRO.
Payment information: online payments are handled by Razorpay. We receive a payment reference and status only — we do not collect or store your card, UPI, or bank details.

2. How we use your information

To process and confirm your booking and payment.
To provide your stay and respond to your requests.
To meet legal obligations (guest register, Form-C, tax records).
To send booking-related communication. We do not send marketing messages without your consent.

3. Sharing your information

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with:

Our payment processor (Razorpay) to complete transactions;
Government or law-enforcement authorities where required by law (e.g. guest register, FRRO);
Service providers who help us operate (such as email and hosting), under confidentiality.

4. Data retention

We keep your information for as long as needed to provide your stay and to meet legal, tax, and regulatory requirements, after which it is securely deleted or anonymised.

5. Security

Data is stored on reputable cloud services with access restricted to authorised staff. Payments are processed over encrypted connections by Razorpay. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data.

6. Your rights
